Fat Burner Tips

It is important to note that all Fat Burners are nutritional supplements and that your weight loss, or rather fat percentage loss is a combination of a good eating plan as well as a healthy training routine.

Fat Burners are merely there to speed up fat loss more rapidly. If you do not train or eat correctly, and just take your Fat Burners, you will loose body fat, but not nearly as much as you would if you also exercise and eat correctly.

The ideal scenario would be to eat 5 (five) small meals per day evenly spread out throughout the day with breakfast, a small snack at about 11am, your lunch at around 1:30pm, another snack at 4pm and dinner between 7 - 7:30pm. This will aid in increasing your metabolism.

You should also exercise at least 4 (four) days per week for about an hour.

2 (two) Days weight training and 2 (two) days cardiovascular training. In the case where you are not a member of a gym, you can go for a fast walk, jogging or cycling.

Remember that sit-ups only firm up the stomach muscles and does not necessarily cause fat loss around the waist.

Body fat is burned proportionally all over the body during exercise and is used as a secondary form of energy during exercise.

In today's busy world it is sometimes not possible to eat 5 times per day, but you must eat at least a good breakfast, lunch and dinner, and keep your processed sugar intake to an absolute minimum, eg:

* sweets;
* sugar in coffee or tea;
* cakes etc;
* eat fruits rather than drink fruit juice;
* all fruit juices contain a lot of natural sugar;
* use artificial sweeteners rather than cane sugar.

The best time to take your Fat Burners is about 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before lunch.

You must eat after taking your Fat Burners to prevent a feeling of nausea and possible shakes or light tremors of the hands. Usually 1 (one) tablet in the morning and 1 (one) tablet before lunch will be efficient.


Please Note: that increasing the recommended dosage will not assist in increased fat loss, but only in possible side effects.


An added benefit of these Fat Burners is a big boost in energy levels due to the ephedrine and caffeine content, so there will be lots of energy for exercise.
